I came across this bread while traveling and so I posted the recipe here while I still remember it.The bay leaves are bitter, so they are only to be used for their aroma. If you aren't using a loaf pan, form the dough into a round loaf and bake it with one bay leaf on the bottom. For 1 loaf. Recipe by Brandy cookpad.japan -
Bouquet of Roses Bread Bouquet of Roses Bread
I put pretty rose shaped dough into a round cake pan and baked it. I wanted to make a bread that look like a bouquet of flowers...Since this is a loaf without any filling, the flavor of the bread itself is the key! Even bread machine-made dough can be soft and delicious the next day with a little extra effort. Recipe by Akotan cookpad.japan -
Ramadan Pide (Turkish Bread) Ramadan Pide (Turkish Bread)
Since I love this pide eaten during Ramadan, I created my own recipe. The dough is relatively soft. For those using bread flour, adjust the moisture content as you go.Since it is hard to reduce the amount of the egg yolk, I use one egg's worth. There will be some extra left over, so use it for another menu item. For 1 large loaf. Recipe by hisosari cookpad.japan -
Ham & Mayonnaise Bread Ham & Mayonnaise Bread
I made this for my husband who enjoys bread on the side.If the dough doesn't stretch out, increase the resting time after the first rising. If you're impatient, place the ham on top of the dough and roll it out together. While lightly stretching the dough, roll it up. When using scissors, a deeper cut is better. It's okay if the bottom isn't perfectly level! It'll even out while baking. If they're are extremely slanted, push down on the baking tray a bit to even out. Recipe by xcaret cookpad.japan -

I love pita bread, so I attempted to make it at home since it's not easily available. So simple, since the dough only needs to rise once.Adjust the baking temperature to suit your oven. It was slightly high for my gas oven, so I burned them. Recipe by Kittymama cookpad.japan -
Rich Kabocha Squash Bread Loaf Rich Kabocha Squash Bread Loaf
I tried to see how much kabocha could be added to the dough and I settled on this quantity. As this bread has a large amount of kabocha it will collapse after baking if it's not thoroughly baked. It's better to make slashes on top of the dough before baking, just in case. You can cook the kabocha in a microwave but in that case your crust will be rough. For 1 loaf. Everyone Loves This Melon Bread Everyone Loves This Melon Bread
I've loved melon bread since I was little, so I've been making my own version, obsessing about the cookie dough and bread dough, since I was a student. This is very popular as a gift, so my friends have given it the name "Meg's Melon Bread". This melon bread recipe is my beloved child. In step 8: the cookie dough is sticky, but be very stingy with the flour on the work surface. Otherwise the granulated sugar won't stick to it properly.Layer the cookie dough and bread dough in the same way with the same sides down. Recipe by MeguBroaden cookpad.japan -
Pan Cubano / Cuban Loaf Bread Pan Cubano / Cuban Loaf Bread
This is a very traditional bread from Cuba. Similar to a soft Italian loaf of bread. It takes time to make but well worth the effort. Each step is actually quick and simple. The time is waiting for the starter and the different risings. Bake this once and you'll be hooked! I suggest making several loaves at once and freezing them after they are baked. Never be without! Bread Loaf Bread Loaf
I checked lots of books for the recipe and tried several things. I was looking for the right ratio of ingredients for the bread pan I bought, and this was it.☆When making the dough, go by the appearance of the dough, rather than the time, to decide how long to let it rise.☆If you don't have graham flour or rye flour, use 400g of strong bread flour. I was thinking of baking a Pullman loaf, good for a gift, and the I saw the beautiful color of the "Kyoto Sanshoku". I came up with the idea to change the strawberry dough to purple potato dough, and I baked the bread with the ingredients on hand.I gave up baking the danish loaf because of the hot weather. In stead of that, I put heavy cream in the dough to give the bread a rich flavor.Adjust the amount of purple sweet potato and matcha powder to your liking! I think more richier matcha dough would be nice. Gluten-free Fluffy Sandwich Bread Gluten-free Fluffy Sandwich Bread
I'm removing gluten and casein from my son's diet, so I made this soft and fluffy bread for him.The point is to keep an eye on the dough while it's proofing so that it only doubles in size. If it expands too much, the center of the bread will sink.If it's summer, once the dough is about 1.5 times larger, go ahead and preheat your oven. You can make this with dry yeast too.
