First take your idli rice, urad dal soak in, water separately, add methi seeds let them soak for 2hours in lukewarm water after two hours drained and washed your two ingredients separately take a grinder or mixie grind the paste. You are grinding in your mixie for grinding you can use ice cubes for urad dal so that your mixie grinder will not heat immediately. And another one is you will get doubled the quantity.

After grinding urad dal transfer the materials in a big vessel and take your idli rice raw materials grind on, a mix in s suji type texture then your iddli will be soft.

Take oats one cup grind in a mixie without adding water grind like fine paste and take poha & Sabhu dana separately soak in water for 29minutes grind these two materials add to your idli batter. Everything mix well then adding your salt, cooking soda rest for 20 minutes. Keep it aside covered nicely.

Tadka for your idli batter take few teaspoon of refined oil pour balackcrai, jeera, green chilli, curry leaves, cashewnut, dry grapes.. Then mix with your batter. It will give good taste to your idli.

Then, take your veggies grade it carrot, peel the peas microovan for 2minutes then mix with your idli mixture for decorations keep it, separately. Add dry grapes for decoration it is your choice.

Then finally idli vessel pour some hot water. Then immediately apply few drops of refined oil then pour your prepared idli batter. Let them steamed in a idli cooker for 12minutes.then your healthy oats idli ready.

After some time split water over the idli then take a small spoon then remove from idli vessel.

Coconut chutney:coconut grade it nicely or cut into small piece then add puffed chana dal, ginger, green chilli, adding salt also take a mixie grinder paste it nicely. Then tadka for this chutney take a small vessel pour refined oil pour black rai, urad dal, hing, curry leaves, then finally add red chilli after some time when golden brown colour then immediately mix with your chutney.

You can decorate your idli and coconut chutney relish it.

Arrange oats vegetables idli in a plate taste with your coconut chutney.
