Grate cauliflower & Raddish than squeeze it nicely..

Make a dough...than take a small quantity dough roll it stuffed cauliflower sprinkle salt,red chilli powder,ajwain, coriander, green chillies,than cover it nicely than again roll it

Take a tawa put the gas on put some oil than put the paratha cook nicely on both sides on medium flame put some oil when paratha looks crispy.. put the gas off..Serve hot with curd
