In a thick bottom pan..added one cup homemade crumbled Paneer...add 3 tablespoon of milk, 1.5 teaspoon of rose water, 1 drop of pink food colour and four teaspoon of sugar and get it cook on slow flame

In the meantime grease the mould with ghee and add some chopped pista I took mould used for setting the jelly.

Coming to mixture...it is will leave water and slowly after 10 mins water will gradually evaporate...now to add richness to dish I add half cup of unsweetened homemade khoya (this is optional and traditionally not added but I added and was impressed by difference it made to the dish)

Pour the mixture in mould...and press it with spoon..cool down completely and put it in fridge for 15 mins and demould it

Please note you can avoid the food colour add rose syrup...you can also substitute sugar, khoya in above dish with milkmaid
