1 kgcarrot
1 ltrmilk
1 cupsugar
Few Dry fruits
2green Cardamoms
4 tbspGhee

In a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee let it heat up add grated carrots to it. Cook it well until it absorbs ghee.

Add milk, sugar, and green cardamom to it, boil it until it absorbs the whole milk.

Add desi ghee to it and stir it continuously. Before serving garnish it with grated dry fruits.
