Awara egusi soup

Did you take awara as fried snack only ? its worth and much beyond that. I tried to subtituted egusi with tofu(awara ) for my egusi soup because its available and more cheaper than egusi which everyone can afford. Awara is a healthy and nutritious protein made from soyabeans it is very good for our kids health so give it a try the
taste was superb....
