Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlmattar
  2. 1 tspcumin seeds
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 1chopped tomato
  5. To taste salt
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tbsghee
  9. 1 pinchhing powder
  10. as required Some Coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a preshure cooker. Add ghee. Hot ghee. Add cumin seeds.

    Make paste of onion and tomato.

  3. 3

    Add purey of tomato and onion in preshure cooker.add all spices. Cook for 5 minute.

    Add mattar and cooked for 2 minute on low flame.

  5. 5

    Add water in. Close cooker and wait for 5 whistle. After 5 whistle close stove. Let cooker for 5.minute.

    Opan cooker and check sabji. Our sabji is ready.

  7. 7

    Decorate with Coriander leaves.
