Gulab Jamun Swiss Roll

For Roll:-
Mix oil and sugar powder in a bowl. Beat it well.
Mix maida baking powder baking soda in another bowl and sieve.Mix in oil mixture. - 2
Now add curd and venilla essance Mix it well.
Add milk and red rasberry colour. Mix properly.
Take a baking trey. Apply oil. And keep butter paper. Apply butter on it. And spread batter evenly. Tap 2-3times and pre heat oven.Bake on 180* for 15 min.
Spread Gulab jamun chashni. Allow it to warm. - 3
For Cream cheese Frosting :-
Boil Milk. Add salt and vinegar. Mix it well. Keep it a side for 1/2hr. And strain in a muslin cloth.
Take in a bowl add cream and sugar powder snd churn to make smooth.
Cream cheese frosting is ready. - 4
For Gulab Jamun :-Grate khoya in a paraat. Add maida crumble paneer and baking soda. (Make sure add not less than 1/8tsp or not more than1/8tsp. Measurment should be proper) mix well. Now add 1-1tsp milk and beat with hand mini. 5-7min.and knead a soft dough.
Make a small balls. And fry on a slow flame.
Mean while take sugar and 300ml. Water in another pan and make 1taari chashni. Add cardamom powder and rose water. Add all jamun and keep it aside for 2-3hrs. - 5
Now Cut all for sides to make roll. Spread Cream cheese frosting evenly.Strain chashni.Arrange Gulab jamun in a middle. And roll it. Keep in a fridge. For 1/2hr.

Now remove butter paper. And Garnish with pink Cream cheese frosting and mini gulab jamun. Mint leaves and silver balls. Pistachio chips. Again keep in a fridge for 2-3hrs. Cut and Serve chilled.

Yummy Delicious Gulabjamun Swiss Roll is ready to serve.
