Pound the chicken thighs to flatten them.
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and all the spices. Mix very well.
Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, stir to coat, and let them marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour (the longer you marinate, the tastier they will be). - 2
Peel the onion and place two wooden skewers through it. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers, stacking them on top of the onion. Roast in the oven at 350°F (180°C) with the fan on for about 1 hour.

Serve as you like! Slice the chicken around the edges with a large knife.
