Oil for frying
Garlic powder pinch of salt

Using a mandolin, carefully slice the potatoes. Soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and dry using kitchen paper. Heat oil in a pan and fry in batches for about 2 min until cooked and crispy. Drain on kitchen paper

Put in a bowl, add salt and garlic powder. Mix and eat!
