Steps

For Kashmiri paneer
Heat a kadai with oil in it - 2
Add garlic, saute n add onion sliced,saute for a while, then add kaju, whole Kashmiri chilli,n tomato.

Cook until soft,cool it n grind this to a paste.

Now take kadai n add ghee, put this paste, then add dry masala like turmeric, red chilli, dhanyia jeera powder n garam masala powder. Add salt to taste. Mix it well n cook it till oil seprates. Now add paner cubes n add bit water. Add orange food colour. Kashmiri paneer is ready

For harabhara moong dal
Boil the soaked moong dal, adding salt. - 6
Then take kadai add ghee, add hing n jeera

Now add fresh green garlic, saute for while, then add meethi leaves.

Cook then add green chili paste, palak puree. Then add chat masala.

Then add green moong dal, salt n cook for a while. Harabhara moong dal is ready to serve

For steamed rice boil the basmati rice in water adding lemon juice.
Rice is ready - 11
For platting first put a layer of Kashmiri paneer (orange),then add a layer of steamed rice (white) n finally put a layer of harabhara moong dal (green)

Tricolour platter is ready to serve. Serve with tricolour salad
