Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswhole wheat flour
  2. 2 cupsbesan
  3. 3 onions medium size
  4. 4Green chilli
  5. 1 bunchcoriander
  6. 2 tbspsalt
  7. 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 tspdry coriander
  10. 1/4 cupoil or ghee
  11. 1 ginger garlic
  12. ghee for cooking

Cooking Instructions

    Put all ingredients except flour besan,ghee and egg in grinding jug and make a mixture.

    Add flour,besan, egg and mixture in a large bowl and make a tight dough.

    Let it in refrigerator for about 3to 4 hours.

    Then make a small ball, straighten with a roll pin and put ghee1 tbspoon.

    Roll it over and over and make ball again.straight it round shape.

    Heat the pan and put paratha on it

  7. 7

    Cook it on both sides.it is ready now to eat.
