Clean sangri and wash in water for 2 to 3 times.

Soak it for overnight.
Drain the water and clean again under water to remove dirt. - 3
Place the soaked Kar Sangri in the pressure cooker, add 1 cup of water and cook the kar sangri for 3 to 4 whistles.
Allow to release pressure naturally. - 4
Drain the water and wash again..

Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat. Add the panchphoran and hing. Add all the masala and roast for a while don't burn it add Kar Sangri and mix well.

Add 1 cup water and cook covered till it absorbs water

Kar sangri is ready to serve
Serve hot with dal ki puri bajra roti.
