Chinese bhel
Steps

First heat two glasses of water in a frying pan, add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of oil and boil the noodles.

Once the noodles are cooked, discard them in a crock pot. Add cold water on it and cool all the water.

Now heat the oil and fry the noodles till they become crispy.
Mix all in a bowl and keep ready. - 4
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Once the oil is hot, add garlic paste, ginger chilli paste and saute for 1 minute. Now add modified onion in long size. Once the onion is tender, add capsicum and kobiz. Add salt to the proportions of vegetables. Now add all the sauce mixed in it and mix well. Now turn off the gas and slowly add the fried noodles by hand.

The Chinese mixture is ready. Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
