I have taken this homemade mangodi. Crush roughly dried mangodi in mortar. Add 1 tbsp oil to pan. Add mangodi and roast it for 2-3 minutes. Take out mangodi. Add chopped onion to it. Saute it.

Add all spices and saute it. Add 2 tbsp water to it so masala doesn't burn. Add chopped tomato to it.

Cover and cook. Roast it nicely. Add roasted mangodi. Saute it. Add 1 cup water. Cook until done.

Enjoy hot with khichdi or paratha.
