How to cook spelt, or farro

I love the nutty taste and it's texture of spelt (farro) so much. Bought a big volume of whole grain spelt, which I think it even tastier than pearled, once in a while.
Cook also a bit large volume so that you can keep in fridge to mix with salad for busy days. Great ingredient for batch cooking.
