Marinate the fish with salt & turmeric powder. Heat oil in Kadai & fry the fish. Keep aside.

Then add cumin seeds in oil. Add mustard paste & green chili in it. Fry it well. Then add cumin powder, turmeric powder, Poppy seeds paste & salt. Add a little water & fry it.

Then add warm water & boil it. Then add fried fish & cook it for 15 minutes on low flame. When curry turns thick, fish curry is ready to be served. Serve it with steamed rice or Pulao.
