Winter's Special Punjabi main coarse food Makki ki Roti n Sarson Ka Saag is famous traditional food. Such a healthy and Nutritious treat. Throughout India everyone likes to eat it.
Cooking Instructions

In mixing bowl put makki and wheat flour add salt, fenugreek leaves. Mix well.

Add 1 tsp oil for moyan mix nicely. Add lukewarm water gratudly and make smooth dough. Apply 1 tsp oil knead again. Cover lid and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Now knead again the makki dough and make big size baĺl to make roti.

Make equal sized big Peda's. Dust wheat / makki flour. On medium flame heat non-stick tawa.

With help of both palm make shape of roti. Now on surface dust flour, smoothly roll out samy thick into round shape. Place roti on hot tawa. Apply same process to make all Roti.

Slightly cook one side flip it. Now roti remove on the tawa and cooked with direct heat both sides on medium to low flame

Both sides showed light brown patches. Transfer into plate. Apply plenty of desi ghee.

Makki Roti is ready. Hot Roti Serves with Sarson Saag,Gud (jaggery), salad and plenty of butter. Enjoy!!
