In a bowl add semolina. Blend beetroot into a fine puree.

Add this puree to semolina, mix well rest for 20 mins. Now add green chilli paste, cumin powder, wheat flour.mix well

Add little water and salt. Mix well. Grease the plate, prepare steamer spread mixture on it. Steam it for 10 mins.

Allow it to cool down. grate cheese on it. give cuts and make rolls. Serve with sauce and mint chutney. Grate cheese on it also.
