In a mixer add garlic, green chillies and cumin seeds n grind coarsely.
In a big mixing bowl add bajra flour, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coarsely grinded paste. - 2
Add chopped methi leaves, coriander stems, and buttermilk.
Add salt.
Mix it well and make the batter.
Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes - 3
Then spread oil on Tawa. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on it.
Spread bajra n methi batter and cover the lid on it.
Cook it on low flame from both sides.
Serve hot with coriander chutney n tamarind dates chutney.
