Perboil rice with salt and turmeric and keep aside

Wash all the vegetables and cut them,perboil peas
Add cooking oil in a pot and pour the veggies add seasoning fry for some minute and add the perboiled rice and allow to simmer

Slice cabbage,onion,green pepper grate carrots
In a bowl add all the veggies pinch of salt and mix well add the mayonnaise them mix it
