A perfect yummy and nutritious winter dish.

Boil potatoes, coat potatoes with little salt + haldi and fry for 3-4 minutes and keep aside.

Finely chop mustard greens and keep them aside.

Now add 2 tbsp oil, add onion seeds + dry red chili and sauté for a few seconds, then add chopped mustard greens and sauté. Add salt + Haldi + green chili and sauté for 4-5 minutes.

Now add fried potatoes, mix well and further sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add ghee and the dish is ready.

Serve with roti/paratha.
