This is an endearing sweet dish from Bengal. Rosogollar Payesh is a creamy milk pudding made with melt-in-mouth rasgullas. ##ws4

Pour the milk in a heavy bottom pan. Once it boils lower the flame. Let it simmer till it reaches a thicker but pouring consistency. Stir occasionally.

Add the condensed milk / milk powder. Adjust the sugar as per taste. Add the grounded green cardamom.

Add few drops of rose water & saffron strands & chopped pistachios. Give it a good stir. Turn off the flame.

In a serving bowl place all the Rasgullas. Squeeze a little to take out little syrup from each. Pour the warm thickened milk over them. Refrigerate before serving. Enjoy this sweet delicacy.
