Spicy Ogbono Soup
I used Uziza and Ugu for this🤗
Steps

Return meat and stock to heat,top up with lil more water as desired

Add Palm oil,pepper, Crayfish, seasoning,pounded/crushed dawadawa,bring to boil

When it boils,drizzle the Ogbono into stock,stir,Please don't cover

Bring to boil

Reduce flame a bit,cook for 3-5mins

Add Ugu,stir,cook for 1min,add Uziza, stir,(on low flame)

When it boils,taste to adjust with lil salt

Cook for at most 1min

Remove from heat

Enjoy with morsel of choice
