  • 400 grcooked beans fresh or from can
  • 2thick slices of sourdough bread
  • 1 tboil of choice
  • 1small diced onion
  • 1 clovegarlic cruched
  • 250 mlpassata
  • 4 tbbarbecue sauce
  • 1 tbapple vinager
  • 1 tb(maple) syrup
  • 1/2veg stock cube
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Some parsley for garnish

    Cook onion and garlic in oil for about 5 min

    Put in passata and a little water.

    Put in sauce,syrup,vinager and stockcube.
    Cook for about 10 min. You might need to put in some extra water

    Meanwhile toast the bread
