Chop the onion, peel the garlic cloves, leave them whole, and fry in a pot with a little olive oil.

Cut the chorizo into pieces, add to the pot, and sauté for a while.

Once everything is softened, add the crushed tomatoes, let it cook for a few minutes, add the paprika, stir, and let it blend in.

Next, add the beans (previously rinsed) and stir to combine everything.

Finally, add the water and let it simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
