  • 250 gMargarine
  • 250 mlSugar
  • 5 mlBaking Soda
  • 250 mlFlour
  • 375 mlShredded Coconut
  • 500 mlOats
  • 1 mlSalt
  • 5 mlVanilla Essence
  • 15 mlGolden Syrup
    Measuring Syrup

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Melt the Margarine and Sugar over low heat.

    Remove from the heat and add in the Baking Soda.

    Mix in the Flour, Shredded Coconut, Oats and Salt.

    Mix in the Vanilla Essence and Golden Syrup.

    Press mixture into a prepared baking pan.

    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golgen brown.

Measuring Syrup

When measuring Syrup first spray your measuring spoon or cup with Non-stick Spray.
