Take one bowl to add besan, salt, haldi powder,heeng, kasoori methi, and red chili powder. Mix it with water and make pakoda consistency. Rest it for 5-7 minutes then again mix it properly.

Take one nonstick pan add oil and make pakoda and keep aside.

Take another big bowl add 1 tablespoon besan and then add curd and buttermilk. Mix it properly it should be lumps-free.

Take one big heavy bottom Kadai. Add oil wait for 1 minute then add methi seeds, mustard seeds, jeera, haldi powder, and curry leaves. Pour the curd mixture into Kadai and keep stirring until it boils. After one boil adds pakodas and keeps stirring for 5-7 minutes. Kadhi is ready. serve with hot rice.
