Boil water with coriander root, black pepper, garlic, radish, soy sauce and rock sugar. Allow them to boil. Add hake fillets, when it cook scoop up. Set aside.

Put the rice noodles into the serving bowl, top with green beans, bean sprouts and hake. Pour the soup sprinkle with coriander leaves and fried garlic. Serve with sugar, cayenne and lime for tastes.
