Chop all the vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add in red chillies and fry.

Take the chillies out and crush them.

Add cumin and onion in the same oil.

Fry till onion is translucent.

Add in all the vegetables and spices.

Cook covered till vegetables are tender.

Lastly add in coriander leaves,lemon and green chillies.

Cook covered for 5 minutes more.

Serve with rice/roti.
