Cooking Instructions

Thinly slice all your potatoes and add them to a large mixing bowl

Add your onion, mustards, heavy cream, salt and pepper then mix well separating any potatoes stuck together so it’s all evenly coated

Add the mixture to a casserole dish and spread evenly, cover with tinfoil and place in oven for 1 hour
- 4
Remove the tinfoil after 1 hour and add your cheeses, then place back in the oven for 20 minutes
- 5
Serve and enjoy!

LEFTOVERS! It’s kinda my thing. I basically made my Special Potatoes last night. Had a small crowd so I had leftovers. I dolled them up with some sour cream and cheese and a fried crust on bottom, compliments of my iron skillet and a hot oven. I would’ve used bacon but I used it up already. My Special Potatoes have a stick of butter in them so keep that in mind when you prepare.
