Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled black chana
  2. 3medium sized potatoes
  3. 3-4finely chopped green chillies
  4. Handfulchopped coriander
  5. as required Small piece of ginger grated
  6. 1 tspchaat masala
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1 tspgaram masala
  9. 1 1/2 tspjeera powder
  10. 2 tbsprava
  11. As RequiredOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take boiled chana.

  2. 2

    In a big bowl take chana and mash it coarsely. Add boiled and mashed potatoes, green chillies, coriander, salt, chaat masala, grated ginger, jeera powder, garam masala and rava. Mix everything well.

    Grease your palm and make cutlets.

  4. 4

    Take a non-stick pan and grease it with oil and shallow fry the cutlets from both the sides till nice golden in colour..

  5. 5

    Serve hot with chutney of your choice..
