Ingredients

  1. 3Chopped onions in long sliced
  2. 2capsicums(of any colour of your choice)
  3. as per taste Black pepper
  4. 400 gmsMacaroni/penne/any pasta of your choice
  5. as required Few Chopped green chillies
  6. 4-5Garlic grated
  7. 1Red pepper
  8. as per need Chopped green coriander
  9. 4-5Cheese cubes grated
  10. HandfulBoiled corns
  11. 3/4 litresMilk
  12. 150 gmsCream
  13. 2 tbspOil
  14. as per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water, add pasta of your choice a let it cook for 2-3 mins.

    Wash the pasta in cold water to avoid overcooking, drain the excess water and add a tablespoon of oil to the pasta to avoid sticking.

    Heat oil in a cauldron and add chopped onions, garlic, green chillies, capsicum & corns and stir fry for a minute or two.

    Add pasta, grated cheese, milk to the cauldron, mix them well and let the milk boil and the mixture thicken.

  5. 5

    Now add cream to the pasta and mix well.

  6. 6

    Now add salt,black and red pepper as per the taste and sprinkle chopped green coriander on top.

    Creamy white pasta is ready to be served with toasted bread or garlic bread.
