A simple very quick dish with loads of contrasting flavours
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the flour with the prawns.
Heat your pan until hot and add the prawns and garlic. Keep stirring for a couple of minutes. - 2
Add the samphire and cook for another minute or so.
Add the lemon juice, cook for another minute or so.
Add the spring onions and butter. Keep cooking for about 3 minutes until everything is piping hot. Serve and eat straight away. Enjoy
