Ingredients

10 minutes
1 serving
  1. Ready cooked prawns
  2. Fresh lemon juice
  3. 1/2 tspminced garlic
  4. Good knob of Cornish butter
  5. Samphire
  6. 1spring onion, sliced
  7. 3Heaped tbsp of flour (add seasoning if you want but nothing salty, I added a pinch of curry powder, but the choice is yours)

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the flour with the prawns.
    Heat your pan until hot and add the prawns and garlic. Keep stirring for a couple of minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the samphire and cook for another minute or so.
    Add the lemon juice, cook for another minute or so.
    Add the spring onions and butter. Keep cooking for about 3 minutes until everything is piping hot. Serve and eat straight away. Enjoy
