Ingredients

  1. 4 cupsRice
  2. Onion 2medium
  3. Habanero pepper as desired
  4. 1 sachet of tomato paste
  5. Iru(locust)
  6. Crayfish half cup
  7. Palm oil half a cup
  8. Stock seasoning cubes 5
  9. Dried or grilled kpanla fish as desired
  10. Meat and other proteins as desired
  11. leavesPumpkins
  12. (Ugwu)or scent leave
  13. 1/2 teaspoonSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and per boil the rice

  2. 2

    Blend pepper,onion together
    Wash and boil the meat,kpomo and dry fish or kpanla.

    Heat your palm oil

  4. 4

    Pour your blended pepper and onions to fry
    Add tomato paste and fry for 5mins

  5. 5

    Add seasoning cubes iru,crayfish and salt to taste then
    add water.

  6. 6

    Add the per boiled protein and let it boil for 5mins then add your rice.
    Stir and cover to cook for at least 30-40min
    3minutes to turn of the heat,wash and add your ugwu or scent leaves.
    Note: cook on low heat after 20mins

  7. 7

    Enjoy with cold water or coke.
