A special recipe from my mom,the flavor,color and taste makes everything perfect for this rice.
Cooking Instructions

Wash and per boil the rice
- 2
Blend pepper,onion together
Wash and boil the meat,kpomo and dry fish or kpanla. - 3
Heat your palm oil
- 4
Pour your blended pepper and onions to fry
Add tomato paste and fry for 5mins - 5
Add seasoning cubes iru,crayfish and salt to taste then
add water. - 6
Add the per boiled protein and let it boil for 5mins then add your rice.
Stir and cover to cook for at least 30-40min
3minutes to turn of the heat,wash and add your ugwu or scent leaves.
Note: cook on low heat after 20mins - 7
Enjoy with cold water or coke.
