Steps

Marinate chicken chunks in coconut cream. add green food colour
- 2
Blend all marination spices. green chillies, mint and coriander, and all spices.

Mix it properly. add chicken in mixture. transfer it to zip lock bag. put it in freezer over night or 7 to 8 hours. I stored extra marination in a separate zip lock bag for later use.

Take out zip lock bag from freezer one hour before cooking.
Take a wok add oil, put marinated chicken in a wok. cook it in medium flame for 20 to 25 mins or until chunks are soft and tender. served with salad.
