This is an extremely simple, healthy, and tasty bhog prasad recipe, loaded with all the goodness of dry fruits. It is especially served during the festival fasting celebration as it gives the required and essential nutrients and energy to the body.

An authentic and traditional Krishna Janmashtami bhog prasadam special made with dry fruits and coriander seeds. This is an extremely simple, healthy, and tasty bhog prasad recipe, loaded with all the goodness of dry fruits. It is especially served during the festival fasting celebration as it gives the required and essential nutrients and energy to the body.

Take 1/2 cup desi ghee in a pan Add 10-12 almonds

Fry almonds mildly
- 3
Add 12 cashows & gry along with almonds

Add some pistachio, and continue to fry all dry fruits

Take them out in a bowl

Time to fry Makhana in ghee

Once they are mildly fried, add 1 cup Roti Atta (Wheat Flour)

Add 1 tsp Coriander Seeds and roast along with Makhana and Atta (Alternatively you can also crush the seeds and add too)

Keep stirring till flour gets pink color for 10-15 min

Now add coconut powder (Alternative you can add coconut too after frying in ghee)

Now take out everything in the bowl

Let the mixture cool down

Then add 1/2 cup powdered sugar in it Mix everything Atte ki Panjiri is ready.

While serving it please garnish with Tulsi leaves and dry fruits.
