Moong dal pakodi is Quick, crunchy and tasty pakori made with soaked and grinded moong dal spiced with masale and onions. It is rich in protein.
Steps

Wash and Soak moong and urad dal for 4 hours.

After 4 hours it will be soft and ready to grind.

Grind it to a smooth paste.

Add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger and coriander leaves. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.

Mix well. Heat oil in a wok add 1-1 tsp mixture of dal in oil carefully and fry till golden brown. 7-8 pakodis can be fried at a time.

Flip the side and fry from other side also. Likewise make all the pakodis.

Serve hot with green chutney and tamarind sounth.
