Grate Musk Melon in abowl cool in fridge

Boil cool milk optionaly add 1tspn corn flour n add in cold milk to thicken a bit
Can use Amul tazza tetra directly chilled
add 2tblspn in milk stirring well Chill in fridge - 4
Just wen ready to serve add the melon crush to milk stir well

Add 2tblspn rose water to the ready drink stir and pour in glasses

Serve chilled topped with saffron strands

For - Coconut Lemonade

Keep chilled cocoonut water in glasses, as no of glasses require,ready.

Now add the soft coconut cream/malai pieces 2 -3tblspn in the coconut water.

Stir well add juice of lemon
and 1 tblspn sabza soaked, optional.Garnish with orange slices.Serve chilled - 11
For - Jaggery Cooler

Soak jaggery/gud 200 gms in 750 ml to 1 ltr drinking water,on room temperature. Cover n keep till gud dissolves fully.I usually keep 2 hous or so

As the jaggery fully dissolved strain in a jug in wich you complete your drink

Add 1 dessert cup full sabza seeds soaked stir well.
Now just add juuce of about 2 medium sized lemon
or as per taste less or more sour required adjust. - 15

Milk coconut water or jaggery water keep only chilled in fridge remove wen serving - 17
Tip for coconut lemonade can use rose syrup to flavour color and make it as per choice
