Place pot (aluminium preferred) over medium heat, add enough vegetable oil (preferably one used to fry meat/fish)

Sauté your sliced onions for about 3-5 mins, stir continuously

Add your tomato paste and stir continuously, allow to fry until paste stands apart

Add seasoning cubes, curry, thyme, ginger powder, garlic powder. Stir continuously to fry

Add Pepper mix, fry and stir periodically, until almost dried up.

Add washed rice and combine well with sauce

Add 15 cups of water or water at the same level with rice.
Cover pot tightly with lid, not allowing steam to escape.
Reduce heat to minimum and allow to cook for about 25-30mins, until rice is almost done. - 8
Add cooked peas, you may add some margarine and crayfish powder at this point to enhance the flavour.

Cover and allow to cook for some minutes. Fluff rice.
