My mom made this a lot - super simple and tastes amazing - she always served it with rice but it’s good with quinoa or no starch at all!!!

Chop broccoli coarsely and cover bottom of sprayed 9x13 pan

Cover broccoli with chicken pieces and sprinkle cheddar cheese over chicken pieces

In separate bowl, mix together soup, wine and garlic and pour over chicken
- 4
Melt butter and mix into Panko crumbs
- 5
Cover soup layer with crumbs

Bake at 350F for approx 60 minutes. May take longer depending on chicken pieces used (I’ve used chicken breast and legs before and it works well - just takes longer)!
