It is a very famous bengali dessert . It is steamed so it is a healthy option.
Steps

First in a large bowl put sieve or a muslin cloth. Add yogurt to it and tie tightly. Keep it in fridge for 2 hours or water dips out completely.

Now take this ready hung curd to a bowl. Add milkmaid to it & whisk well. Now add cardamom powder & milk powder to it. Soak some saffron strands into 2 tbsp cold milk & add to yogurt mixture.

Mix everything very well. Now grease the moulds & pour this mixture to moulds. Cover the moulds with foil paper. Keep moulds into steamer & steam it about 15 - 20 min.

Check it with a knife if it comes clean it means it is ready. At this stage switch off the flame. Take it out from the steamer & let it cool at room temperature. Keep it in fridge for 2 hours. Now unmould it gently.

For mango mousse take chilled whipped cream in abowl. Add mango puree & milkmaid to it. Mix everything well. Spread thus mousse on the top of pudding. Garnish it with chopped fruits of your choice.
