Ingredients

  1. 4large waxy patatoes
  2. 75 grvegan mayo
  3. 75 grplant based yogurt
  4. 1 tbmustard
  5. leavesParsley and coriander
  6. Corse seasalt
  7. Salt and peper to tase

Cooking Instructions

    Put the seasalt and the patatoes in a ovenproof dish. Bake in a 220° oven for about 50 min

  2. 2

    Cool a little and peel.
    Dice patatoes

  3. 3

    Make the dressing with the mayo,yoghurt, mustard. Put in the finely cut herbs.

    Mix with patatoes
