Ingredients

  1. 500 gr+250 gr strawberries
  2. 400 mlwhipping cream +35
  3. 4gelatine leaves
  4. 150 grgranulated sugar
  5. Juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
  6. 1 tbalmond essence

Cooking Instructions

    Soften the gelatine in cold water

    Cut the 500 gr strawberries. Put in a thick pot,together with 100 gr sugar and lemon juice. Cook till tender. Let it stand for 10 min.
    Add the sofened gelatine and stir well.

    Crush the berries with a fork. Let it cool well

  4. 4

    Whip the cold cream with the rest of the sugar until peaks. Put in the berries and almond essence.

    Cool for al least 4 hours
    Serve with the rest of the strawberries
