Ingredients

  1. 4Boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. 4buns
  3. 1onion sliced
  4. as required lettuce
  5. 1 cupFrozen peas, carrots beans and corns
  6. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 2Garlic grated
  9. 1/4 tsp haldi
  10. 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1 tspchat masala
  12. 1 tspcoriander powder
  13. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  14. 1onion
  15. As required catch up and chilli sauce and mayonnaise
  16. As required oil

    Boil and mash the potatoes and keep ready.

    Take oil in kadai add garlic grated, green chilli paste saute add ginger garlic paste then add the frozen veggies cook until all water is dry add haldi, red chili powder, dhaniya powder chaat masala.

    Finally add mashed potatoes and mix nicely remove it from flame and let to cool down then make patties of the size of the buns.

    Heat the oil for frying the patties and then fry until crispy light brown.

    Assemble all the ingredients now take burger buns palce lettuce leaf then add mayonnaise and sauces place onion slices, patties and then place another buns. Its ready to serve.
