Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 Cupbasmati rice pressure cooked for 3 whistle
  2. 1 tbsp ginger, garlic paste,
  3. 1 chopped onion, tomato each
  4. 2 Cupsflour, french beans, carrot, green peas mix
  5. 1 tsp mirchi powder,
  6. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  7. 2 tbsp oil, rai
  8. 2 tbsp biryani masala.
  9. 1/4 cup whisk curd,
  10. as per taste salt
  11. 1To fry-- chopped onion,
  12. 1 potato,.
  13. 7-8 kaju

Steps

0-30 mins
  1. 1

    In heavy bottom pan add oil,1/2 t,spoon. rai.

  2. 2

    Add ginger, garlic paste, onion, tomato. Saute 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add chopped veggies, haldi, mirchi powder, salt.Cook till done.

  4. 4

    Add biryani masala, curd.Cook 5 minutes

  5. 5

    In kadai add oil. Fry onion then potato then kaju.

  6. 6

    In nonstick layer rice, sabji

  7. 7

    Top it with fried onion, potato, Kaju.
