Wash Soak dal for 1/2hr. and pressure cook 4-5Whistle. Adding salt 1/2tsp.turmeric powder Tomato and ghee1/2tsp.Turn off flame.Allow it to release Air.

Mean While take a broad pan. Heat Ghee add dry red chilli cardamom cinemon Stick fenugreek Seeds mustard seeds asofoetida red chillipowder turmeric powder saute and add 1/2glass water.
Beat Pressure cook dal.with menual beater.And add Stir it well.
In a bowl mix coursly crushed peanut powder cumin coriander powder salt Jeggary chilli ginger paste.And add in a dal mixture. Add 1/2Glass water and cook on a mid flame. - 3
Take Multigrain flour in a paraat. Add oil garlic paste red chilli powder turmeric powder salt sugar Asofoetida.Mix it well.And Knead a Soft dough. Cover snd keep a side gir 10-15min.

Now roll a big thin roti.Cut into square pieces. And add in a dal mixture.
Cover and cook on a mid slow flame.Lastly squeeze lemon. And garam masala. Stir well.Cover and simmer for 7-10min.Tasty healthy Dal Dhokli is ready. - 5
Transfer in a serving bowl.
For Tadka heat ghee oil Add red chilli powder and pour on a dal Dhokli.Farnish with chopped coriander. Tasty healthy KHATTI MEETHI DAL DHOKLI IS READY TO SERVE.
