Cut your fish fillet into strips

On a separate bowl add corn flour
- 3
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder onto the flour
- 4
Beat 1 egg separately
- 5
Add the pieces of fish onto the egg and flour respectively. Do this for all until they are well quoted
- 6
Fry until brown
- 7
Serve with a dipping sauce of choice. I had the fish fillets with a Ranch & Caesar sauce. I achieved this by mixing both sauces together and add some thyme.
