Steps

Boil the milk cool it completely & then make a curd of it. Put this curd in muslin cloth. And hang it overnight or 5 -6 hours so all water from the curd is released.

Hung curd is ready. Now add sugar and thick mango ras/pulp to it. Mix it well. Keep aside for 1 hour.

Then sugar will dissolve in it. Now from puran yantra / machine sieve this mixture so that we will get lump-free shrikhand. (Amrakhand)

Mango shrikhand is ready to Serve.
