    Take a bowl, add wheat flour, ajwain, hing, 1 tsp oil, and salt in it
    Mix all the ingredients well.

    Now make a dough with the help of water.
    Now take asides for 10 minutes

    After 10 minutes heat the oil.
    Now make small balls of dough. And rolled it it as the required shape.

    Now deep frying all the puri one by one.
    Now serve with aloo tamatar sabji ya matar paneer.
